Water has pooled under the produce drawers. I cannot determine the source. Suggestions on what this problem means? How to fix?

water is coming from defrost cycle of refrigerator evap. Taking evap cover to check for block drian is ur first step. While it open, pour water down drian n check rear drian tube to verify water is drianing properly.

I have water pooling under the produce drawer of my Samsung french door fridge. This forum suggests it is a clogged drain tube related to the defrost. I don't know where to find the drain tube to check it. I have pulled off the metal panel at the lower back and see that the pan under the coils is bone dry, so I think it is a plugged tube, but I don't know where to find the tube in the fridge to try to unplug it.

Is there somewhere I can find a diagram to see where the cover is?
