Bad air flow will do it. Check that blower wheel down in front. It's smaller than the one on most dryers and if gets even what seems like a little lint built up on it, it'll greatly reduce air flow through the dryer.

Now, lint build up on the blower is usually a sign of another problem: poor air flow through the vent. Usually these dryer are tucked into tight spaces and the vents are the collapsible slinky stuff that gets all kinked and crimped when the dryer is pushed back into place. That's a Bozo no-no!

Think in these things, my fine young Apprentice.
