I have a Fridigaire (GLTS2940ES)front loading washer. It went off balance (jumped way out of it's place).. I removed some of the items and spread out remainer but now it won't spin. I unplugged it and tried again, no luck. Checked belt and that is fine.

Grab a brewskis and gather 'round to partake of some sage pearls on this problem from Sublime Master Santa:

Take the back off and check all the electrical connections. Unplug and replug. Take the top off and do the same. Should be 2 or 3 screws on the back of the top panel to remove. Also check the door latch connections. The door latch failure is a common problem with these washers. To test it, put it in the spin cycle and let it go for a couple minutes. Then unplug the washer and see if the door opens right away. If it does then the door latch has failed. If it stays locked for up to a minute than the problem is elsewhere.

Did all that but still no spin. Checked boot to pump and nothing clogging there either. If I set the washer to drain and spin I it starts pumping for just a few seconds than stops, the timer keeps going (hear clicks)and it may start pumping again then stops, never spins. Time runs out and washer stops but never spins.

Door did not unlock when I unplugged either. Did after about 2 minutes. So not door latch either.

GLTF2940ES0
No flashing lights or erro code.
When I put on drain and spin.. it starts to drain for about 5 seconds, no spin

stops, timer counts down and couple of minutes then starts draining but no spin and only last about 5 seconds and shuts down again

repeats till timer runs out

What we just realized nwas it's not doing anything. Even if I put it in the was cycle, it hums then stops and nothing happens. Hear clicks and timer keeps going down but nothing else. All this happened after it went off balance.

So you did all the basic checks and it's still not moving the drum. Replace the motor control board:

Could confirm with some voltage/ohm checks specified on the tech sheet inside the washer.

Could be a drain pump problem. The first thing the washer wants to do when you push start is pump out excess water. Check the voltage to the pump when it should be running.
