Well your transformer is fine because you can get the outside to come on. Is yours a gas furnace? If it is then look for a fan relay on the beast. Why do we need a fan relay? Well on gas heat the fan must blow at a much slower speed than cooling mode which needs to be on high speed. So when you call for cooling the outside unit comes on and the relay gets energized to shift the fan from low for heat to high for cooling. The fan relays on most American units look a lot like THIS. On the wall themostat is a lever that has "AUTO" and "ON" shift the lever to "ON" and if that relay is bad the fan oughta come on. If it still don't come on check it to see if it may need oiling. Use zoomspout oil on that motor. DO NOT USE WD-40 (flammable oil and old linty motors don't work too good). Look at the capacitor on the fan motor. It could be bad. After it is energized it oughta spark monetarily when shorted, no spark no good. Take the capacitor to the HVAC store. they will check it for you.

COLEMAN EVCON RESIDENTIAL FURNACE CONTROL BOARD

Note: There has been changes to this board on many of the Coleman Furnaces. This kit may require the services of an HVAC Company to install depending on your qualifications.

As you can see, some furnaces will need the wiring harness changed with the supplied harnesses and instructions. The board you have MAY not look like the one below and that is why you may need to change these wires! You may not need all the wires supplied, follow the instructions that come with the kit!
