My Kitchenaid combo microwave/oven unit no longer has a working microwave. The keypad just beeps three times when you press any of the microwave functions. The keypad is operational, as the numbers work fine with the lower oven (microwave and oven share numeric keypad). The clock works and can be set. Also, the light is off in microwave. No error codes are displaying, though I'm not sure if I have to do something to cause error codes to appear. Suggestions?

Model # for above post is KEMS377d.

Thanks for any help. Would really help the marriage temperature around here.

disconnect power to the unit and lay the control panel down
it's held in place by a few screws around the perimeter.

There are (2) fuses....1 in the front of the control compartment
and 1 towards the back to the right (big fuse)

Remove the fuses and OHM them out using a meter.

are there a few missing letters/numbers at the end of your model number ?

model number from appliance, not from paperwork
missing characters denote color and engineering changes (parts & wiring)
