Old Wolf FMDA Oven Safety Valve Parts Source

I am working on a classic Wolf range that has had both oven safeties fail. They are the FMDA type. There are lots of Internet sites out there offering to sell them at widely different prices. I am wondering what the pros do when they need these. I actually need two of them as they have both quit.
