Hello, I have a Bosch Nexxt Washer WFMC4300UC 13777591 1100 rpm. I bought the extended warranty, and it just expired! I few days ago, the washer started making a MAJOR knocking noise only during the spin cycle. I found a similar YouTube video that sounds just like mine:

Can someone please PM me a manual for the washer, and any suggestion as to what that noise might be and what part is needed to repair it?

Well, I went and bought a nice new washer today. Wife and I wanted a top-loader. I sure was curious what the issue was, and I found it. It was a loose top concrete counterweight!

Oh well, wifey is happy because she has a nice new washer, and I will just sell the old set at a good price.
