Hello, food is freezing in top produce drawer. It changes from a pre-set temperature to below freezing on it`s own. I replaced the main temperature control as food was freezing in the main food compartment as well. That seems to have fixed that problem but I have to keep the drawer temperature shut off or food still freezes.
Thanks,
John

On the lower left side of the Refrigerator wall between it and the freezer lives a plastic cover that should have a thin plastic strip in it, this is actually a valve that should close up when fridge is not running and open when it is (Item is linked below). Should the little strip become worn and fall off or not seal properly cold air will migrate to that side during off cycle. We have been known to partially tape up these openings to prevent this issue, but see there is now available a block you actually place in the hole to slow down airflow (also linked)
