I Have changed the following:
Control Board
All Thermistors
Evap Motor
The freezer temp gets down to 0 but the refrigerator only goes to 51 after about 36 hours. There is no air to speak of coming through damper even when fully opened even though fan was replaced at evap. Could this be a bad cold control at the dial in fresh food side? How to test that?
Need help please at a loss...

Did the old Evaporator Fan run OK ?
Was the old MotherBoard installed and powered before replacing the new Evaporatror Fan ?
Does the new Evaporator Fan run OK ?
How's the Damper ?

The old fan ran the same.
The old motherboard was replaced with a new MB then the evap fan was replaced.
The new Evap fan runs the same. It comes on but after awhile it slows down and doesnt really blow hard at all.
The damper is wide open.
I should add that we have also forced the damper to open all the time with no luck. It just doesnt seem as though the new or old evap fans are blowing hard enough. How hard should they be blowing? Is it possible to have a bad control board(meaning the new one is defective) or is this the cold control? Could the old evap fan shorted out the new board? Anything else i should look for? Also thier is no blockage on lower vent either.

A bad Fan can ruin the MotherBoard ...
Depending on the first (3) characters of the serial number,
the (original) MotherBoard and Fan may be covered under a recall

Did you run the refrigerator with the new mobo and old evap fan? If so, you probably blew the new mobo.
