Dishdrawer dd601v2 has no smiley face on both drawers and won't start,I have gone through the diagnostics and everything appears to work although I cannot get the lid seal to function, it makes a noise but does not lock the drawer. The lower drawer failed some time ago but now both will not go. I have no error codes and I think maybe its the drawer closed sensors. Any ideas much appreciated.
