I have a kenmore 11022702100. The problem i am having with it is that water stays in the tub and will not spin. If i hold down the lid switch it will spin and drain at the same time but will not drain first and wont do it unless u rotate the control to a spin direction. I have read the other posts on this type of thing and says bad lid switch but if i push it down farther it will work. Any suggestions.

Sounds like a failing lidswitch - take a close look and see if the bracket is broken where the screws mount
