There doesn't seem to be much air flowing out the vent. Barely wafting out at all. Visual inspection from lint trap and exhaust vent shows clear.
What would you suggest next?
Thank you very much,

Have you checked the vent hood outside of the house to make sure it is clear as well?

You will need a special pair of snap ring pliers to remove the snap ring that secures the blower wheel on the shaft of the motor as well as a regular pair of pliers.
Oh, bonus, the link to the replacement blower wheel has a video on how to replace it.

Samurai, help me out by posting a video showing him how to remove the front panel and the front bulkhead and how to check the blower wheel, please.
I may be a little late on the draw with this, but here's the video that shows this repair:

It was making a belt noise for quite a while. I think the belt was inside out. Shortly before this problem started, it started running smoothly again. I have checked belt and is oriented correctly now. Remove front bulkhead. hmm. I am unsure how to accomplish this.
Why do you think the belt was "Inside out", and how do you know you have it oriented correctly now?
This is the only dryer I know of that the belt actually is installed upside down from all other dryers, YES, the flat side of the belt should be running against the drum with ribs pointing up so you would see them if looking at the belt from the top of the drum.
If you turned the belt around and now have the ribbed side of the belt touching the drum you will have the flat side of the belt riding on the ribs of the motor pulley which is going to shred the belt in no time at all.
