After 30+ years of service, our Jenn-air wall oven, model 2602 ESC, is heating to only about half the thermostat setting.

With a service call the repairman determined the power was good to the oven, and said one side of the 240V was OK. But he stopped in his tracks when he was unable to secure a wiring diagram for this dinosaur (he made several help desk phone calls but was unable to find a source for the diagram).

Subsequently, Jenn-air itself was unable to assist with a wiring diagram for anything of that vintage and our own internet searches have failed to find the requisite wiring diagram.

We understand this may be a lost cause but would love to be able to resurrect this oven just to avoid having to deal with the limited current choices for a 24-inch single wall oven.

Does anyone have any access or guidance to find such a diagram for a Jenn-air 2602 ESC? Or do we need to contact other repair services to find someone who can trouble-shoot this without the wiring diagram? Thanks!

You won't be able to find a wiring diagram for this dinasaur, let alone parts. Replace it with a Whirlpool wall oven.
