How did they manage not to get busted in this deal?
damn sure should count their blessing...

Probably because the evidence was gone before any fire or police personal came. The tenant doesn't even know that the property manager knows about the glass tubes full of marijuana. They don't know that the neighbor that came in right after the explosion talked to the property manager.

this one is easy , replace the gas with 410a and when the heater kicks in 700+ psi will do the trick. p.s. 410a is also flammable

Years ago we had a customer try to sue for the same thing. he hooked up his own ice maker, but put the saddle valve on a gas line instead of water.it took hours overnight but it fill with enough natural gas the when the switch in the icemaker sparked it ignited the gas..

I'm still laughing (just as long as nobody got hurt). But now I can't get the chorus of the rap song "Self-destruction" nor the hilarious animation Samurai once posted Posted Image out of my head. "Self destruction , you're headed for self destruction"..."self destruction , you're headed for self destru......" Stop it!! Think repairs! But It would be really funny to create a video showing this "repair" while that chorus is playing, then ending it with "burning down the house"
