I enter the dojo and bow with respect.

I have a Whirlpool Senseon Dryer model number GEW9868KQ3. One day it worked fine and the next, the panel was totally dead. It is getting power as the drum light is on when the door is open. I took it apart and checked for obvious issues such at disconnected wires and possible burnt out parts but didn't see anthing. I unplugged and re-plugged everything on the control board and when I re-assembled the dryer and plugged it in, IT CAME BACK ON! I did a load of laundry and when I went to turn it back on, it was dead again. I tried repeating the process that got it to come back on but it hasn't as of yet.

Any assistance you can give would be appreciated. I love this dryer but and paid dearly for it 5 years ago but I don't want to pour more money into it chasing a solution than is warranted since I can buy another 5 year old dryer for very little money.

Can you help me save her from the landfill??

Thanks, Mark

Could be an issue with the control board or the touchpad - are you able to check for 120v going to L1 and Neu on this board ? :
