I have a Maytag MAH9700 that will not spin. A technician diagnosed the problem and recommended a new control board and a capacitor, part #902577. I've found information on installing the control board. But does anyone know where and how to install the capacitor? I can't find it listed on any of the parts list for this model.

... capacitor, part #902577

No Capacitor on that model
902577 is a Capacitor for a Maytag Gas Dryer
Where did you find this "technician" ?

I completed the service request on the Maytag.com web site which flowed to a company in Fairfield, NJ who sent the "technician" to my house. Thanks for the reply. After 4 hours of googling to see if we could find a place for this capacitor, we gave up and installed the control board. The washing machine now spins again.
