Ge Refer model PDS22MBRBCC

4 posts in this topic

I have this GE refer PDS22MBRBCC that everything works but the condenser fan. When you unplug the fan it sounds like the evap fan makes a different noise, like speeding up and when you plug it back in slows the evap fan down. Tried another condenser fan same thing. are the two fans connected or at least tied to the same connector on the motherboard?

thanks!!

if you tried a new condenser fan motor and it was dead, too, then you need to check for voltage, at the connector. Also, you will more than likely find that you have a bad board if the voltage is not present, when you check the condenser fan motor.
