We have a JennAir 36”, 5 burner, black glass cook top model JEC9536ADS, serial 12821923EE.
The two right burners are not working. The red indicator light comes on when turning the dials, but no heat. The center and two left burners function.
What is the correct way to diagnose the problem?
Could this be a faulty control module of some sort? How can I get the correct part and instructions to repair the appliance?

Some electrical tests would need to be done.
Could be a bad Control
OR
a bad Element

because two elements on the same side became inoperable at the same time isn't it more likely to be a bad control?
What electrical tests are needed to determine source of problem?

... became inoperable at the same time

... you didn't mention that :whistling:
Would need to follow the voltages on the wiring diagram,

I guess what GMF Reg is trying to say is that you will need to check power at the burners, at the switches, and at the control board. the wiring diagram will help you to know where you should have power.

Insert smart ass remark here____
