Others seem to have this problem such as here http://www.applianto...__fromsearch__1 but not sure if it was ever resolved.

The oven will heat up fine at first but after a while the oven will decide it can only heat up to 250 degrees or so. The LED's on the front panel will show its TRYING to heat up but the element is NOT hot. And the Broiler element works fine. Nearly ruined the Thanksgiving Turkey this year and I dont want it to ruin Xmas. Any ideas? Longtimer? did you ever fix yours?

Is this bake burner firing the entire time or is it shutting off early? Does the bake burner come on at all?

PRDS364GL seems to be a dual-fuel Range,
The parts lists shows a Oven Glow Bake Ignitor and an Electric Bake Element
but the electric Bake Element isn't shown on the wiring diagram

It's a Dual Fuel Range, all electric in the oven and broiler, gas on the stove. The Broiler element seems to work fine. The oven element heats up initially then decides it can only heat up to 250. The "Heating" LED next to the thermostat will stay on as long as the heat is set above 250 but goes off when its set under 250. And I have felt the element and it is not hot. Ive managed to keep the heat up a bit by cycling the Broiler on and then putting on the Convection to blow the heat around. I wonder if it might be some sort of high temp sensor malfunction as it seems to work initially then cuts out. I make alot of Pizza at high temps. I have the schematic which I could post if that would help. From my reading it seems like the high temp cut-out would kill current to both elements

By all means , post that schematic....Thermador has a lot of info but short on wire diagrams......Some units have a 'high temp cutout' located on top of the oven and some have a 'hot wire relay'....located down behind the bottom plate.. ( some have both ) ................ Show us what ya got....

Is there any way to rope the member "longtimer" into this discussion. He seemed to have the EXACT same problem in a previous post but it didnt seem to be resolved in the thread.

look for this re-settable HTC High Temp Cutout # 63 on the side of the Oven
would cause your symptoms... that model uses 120v and / or 240 to Element
(similar diagram)
also make sure it's insulation is in place

Hmm, there is one on the top it looks like. But another forum claims the cutout switch wouldn't be itermittent. Also it looks like it would cut heat to the Bake AND Broil elements and when tthe bake cuts off I can turn the broil on immediately. Could it be the Oven Hot Wire Relay?
