Both the fridge and freezer appear to be holding proper temperature but the vacuum condenser light is always on. The condenser fan is working and I vacuum the condenser, turn the unit off for a minute and the warning stays off for a couple of days and then returns. The fridge condenser is room temperature and the freezer condenser is very warm, not hot, you can hold your hand on it forever. The freezer condenser also makes a sound like liquid is moving around inside. Freezer set at 0 and ice cream is pretty hard, not rock solid, but hard. Fridge is set at 38 and food feels about that temperature, maybe a little warmer. Any ideas? I was thinking the freezer just needs a top up? or??

Thanks

First, we need to get some Fahrenheit numbers on those compartment temperatures. Buy two of these thermometers and place one in each compartment. If the freezer is unable to achieve 0F then, Houston, we have a situation.

... the vacuum condenser light is always on.

usualy a sign of one of the Compressor is running "forever"
May just need a "top up" but SubZeros are known for leaky Evaporators
Usually a 12 yr parts warranty (you pay labor)
