Purchased interface #8558753 at local parts supply (they removed interface from panel) new interface does not snap into bottom, buttons do not stick out, beezel will not sit flush...What am I doing wrong? it's not rocket science!

Purchased interface #8558753 at local parts supply (they removed interface from panel)


We here at Appliantology.org would never do such a thing to ya - Click on the part links below and you can get close ups of the components; looks like you should be hooking the bottom of the interface in first and the pivoting the top inward to the "snaps"

Thank you Grand Master for your reply I got out my granny glasses and everything looks the same
so now I'm on to try from the bottom! sure who love to tell Mr Repairman tomorrow "Thank you sir but I did it myself!"
