Hi,

This is a weird one.

The customer fills the soap dish and snaps the door shut.

If she runs the machine through a normal wash automatically, the door does not
open and no soap is distributed.

If she shuts the soap dish and spins the timer manually with the dishwasher still open,
the soap dish springs open where it should do that on the timer dial.

Any clues??

Bruce

Lower rack installed backwards, holding the door dispenser lid closed when door is shut.
