I looked at the FAQs and have some questions:

To accurately check an oven temp, once you've gone through the three cycles, how long after the element turns off should you take a temperature reading? Should you take multiple readings at various times?

Also, is there a recommendation for an inexpensive thermocouple oven thermometer? The one listed in the FAQs has a bad link.

Thanks. However, in reading the FAQ it suggests getting one with a thermocouple. From what I know the Polder doesn't have a thermocouple (nor can it be calibrated).
