It's worth it just for the ovens alone, but, cut a piece of plywood and stackables are no problem either. If you need to lower it to work on though you have let each side down about 6" at a time till you get it low enough. Same going up to, but still better than 2 guys and seldom do you really have to do that anyway.

the picture doesn't show it but the 2 ends fold in and takes very little storage room. I'm starting to feel like a salesman for them but it's seriously one of the best purchases I've made.

Ok, I see from their site you can use your appliance dolly (with a 2x6 attached) to move the alldolly with oven down/up steps. This is the thing I couldn't quite understand.
