It's worth it just for the ovens alone, but, cut a piece of plywood and stackables are no problem either. If you need to lower it to work on though you have let each side down about 6" at a time till you get it low enough. Same going up to, but still better than 2 guys and seldom do you really have to do that anyway.

the picture doesn't show it but the 2 ends fold in and takes very little storage room. I'm starting to feel like a salesman for them but it's seriously one of the best purchases I've made.

Ok, I see from their site you can use your appliance dolly (with a 2x6 attached) to move the alldolly with oven down/up steps. This is the thing I couldn't quite understand.
Appliantology is, however appliances are not, an exact science for I know there are a few refrigerators that actually hate me.

The simplest explanation is most likely the correct and least expensive one, unless it's your compressor or motherboard" Occam as an appliantologist

"When you have eliminated all the impossible, whatever remains, however implausible, must be the logic truth; unless it's your compressor or motherboard." Mr. Spock as an appliantologist

"I think, therefore I have no earthly idea why this thing is not working...I got nothin'...". Rumored to have been uttered by a frustrated Descartes while diagnosing his GE Profile.
