Frigidaire FTF2140ES1 won't spin in a normal cycle

The belt broke (which when it broke took out a shock, which I also replaced) when I was using the diagnostic mode to wash loads -- saving my pennies for the control board.
Read on here that the wax motor was a common fail. Replaced the door switch with no improvement.
Replaced the control board. No improvement.
Just now tried replacing the speed control board. No improvement.
What have I missed?
Thank you in advance.

Is the Door Locked ?
Is it really locked ?
If so, then unplug Power Cord from the Wall Outlet.
Can you then open the Door right away ?
OR only after a few minutes ?
It may also be a broken / disconnected wire between the Door Lock Assembly and the Main Controller

I have left the cycle going for 1 minute (not spinning, just making an "urrrur urrur" sound) and the door opens easily.
I'll recheck the wires.

check the Door Lock while it should be in the Spin Cycle ...It won't do a spin cycle
.
If the Door isn't actually locked, it won't Spin

are you sure it's not Error 14 - Dispenser Drawer Reed Switch ?... error 13
count the total number of Start Light Flashes, (including during the other lights flashing) ... 3 or 4 ?

Now I'm confused.
No, wrong again.
Start and the five indicator lights flash once, then the five indicator lights (no start light) flash 3 times.

One five lights, three five lights + start
Sorry, I have that backwards.
one five lights + start and then three five lights alone.
They have it backwards in teh Tech Data Sheet. Hence my confusion.
Thanks for the video, it cleared it right up.

So, what is the air bell?

Second Digit = total number of Start Light flashes = 1
= Error 41
any Error 4x is usually a Door Switch problem
did you watch the Error 43 video ?
five lights flash a total of 4 times
start light flashes a total of 3 times

My washer, light row + start blinks 1 time and light row alone blinks 3 times.
Neither the ones on the video nor mine are blinking like the Tech Data Sheet says they should:
"The code is obtained by counting the number of times the lights flash. Example E24: The five indicator lights would flash twice indicating the 2 and the START indicator light will flash four times indicating the 4. The five indicator lights and the START indicator light start flashing at the same time."

After reading this lovely thread and realizing I've been getting the occasional grease streak in my laundry, I'm guessing the bearings are failing and I'll be looking for a new washer instead of repairing this one
And thank you for the video. Now I realize that my original 43 error was 47. That makes a heck of a lot more sense now.

What is the going rec. for a new front loader now?

1) yes,. you are... Ok, I'm confused again.
... Did we watch the same video?
... In the video light row + start blinks 4 times and then light row alone blinks one time. Is that error 41 or error 14?
2) yes, we did
3) no ... in the video, count again:
First Digit ... look only at the right row of lights ... count 1, 2, 3, 4,
then continue to watch when he runs it again for the Second Digit ... look only at the Start Light 1, 2, 3
43

Thanks again!
I thought I saw a rec posted for new front load washers. Was it one of the pages here? Or at repairclinic maybe? I'll keep searching.

I have this going on, toofor what ?
41 (and the original one was 47 NOT 43 as I thought). Had the new lock mechanism not been a dud I would have saved myself the cost of a new control board. But because of all the web searches (due to the control board and latch not fixing it), I found out about the spider corrosion problem. The random grease streaks the washer would leave on clothes just confirms to me that the bearings and spider will soon totally fail.so... what is your Error Code ?
and on not buying short screws and on using aluminum instead of ss compatible metal and . . . .You're not the first one to be confused (nor the last)

At least it has lasted 6 years, but that is only 1/2 of what I expected. I should probably just make do with an apartment sized top load stackable set and buy a new machine when we move in another year. If I were a stronger person I'd probably get the new drum/spider and find some new bearings, but replacing the shocks just once was almost more than I could do.
Thanks again for the assistance.
