getting F21 error on Whirlpool Duet Washer model WFW9600ta00

We keep getting an F21 error on our washer. This has been happening for a week. after resetting the washer as requested, the washer does drain out. This was happening occasionally, but now happens on every load.

Plugged drain pump. Remove the bottom front cover. Have a bucket handy and open the pump that is right in front by turning off the cover. You will have water coming out so open it slowly and be ready to catch the water.

That does seem to have been the problem. I opened it up and it was full of stuff. It is running right now and appears to be working, although it did go through a suds routine, which it hasn't done in a long time. Thanks for the help!
