Possibly a failed MAIN BOARD and/or ELECTRICAL NOISE FILTER.
Usually caused by power outage/surge.
Other possibillity (though unlikely)---loose plug connection at the MAIN BOARD.
If the washer is less than 1 year old---covered under warranty.
Contact Sears for an authorized servicer---but do NOT divulge any information or mention of power outages/spikes/etc (if any occurred).
NOTE: If your home is "off-grid"---may need a LINE CONDITIONER to prevent Main Board damage.

Also, the model number is 4903, not 49032.
Many thanks.

If you read the commandments, you will know not to look at any papers for the model number - the one that you fetched from the back of the machine sounds right - seems to come up as a Samsung built machine
. It was purchased two days ago.
I would be calling for Warranty repair

I read a business news article some time ago---maybe 2 years ago---that Sears & LG had signed an agreement to sell LG appliances under/with the Kenmore label.
Apparently things are so fluid/chaotic at Kmart/Sears that this agreement may have been altered.
A rumor is circulating that LG may be expressing an interest in purchasing the Kenmore brand.
A snippet from another article...
<<<Another expert, Jack Hendler, president of Net Worth Solutions, said he believes “it will be necessary” for Sears to sell its most valuable brands — Kenmore, Craftsman, DieHard and Lands‚ End — after many years of speculation about such a move. Sears Holdings has already started licensing certain items from the DieHard and Craftsman lines to rivals‚ stores.
“Each of the brands has value unto itself,” Hendler said.
Hendler speculated that South Korean appliance companies, notably LG Electronics, “would hit a home run” with a Kenmore acquisition.>>>
