THE "WARMER" BUTTON FOR THE FREEZER SOMETIMES DOES NOT WORK. GOT IT TO WORK BY CLOSING AND RE-OPENING THE DOOR AND WENT INTO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC MODEBY PRESSING ALL FOUR BUTTONS BUT DISPLAY BLANKED-OUT WHEN I TRIED ENTERING A CODE.
THE FREEZER IS NOT GOING BELOW 17 DEG ALTHOUGH THE FRIDGE SIDE GOES DOWN TO 37.

First step is to replace the 3 digit display.
If that does not correct the problem you then replace the control board.
