The ice maker and inside cold water dispenser appear to be working normally but a large amount of ice slabs accumulate on the freezer bottom. Any ideas how to stop this? Is it a leak? Leveling issue?
Thanks in advance.

Where can I located the 'defrost drain tube' to check it out. Youngster does keep fridge door open to get at the water dispenser.

would be behind the Back Wall inside the Freezer,
when Evaporator Coil # 22 Defrosts, drips into Drip Tray # 20
and Tube at the bottom drains to Drain Pan near Compressor

I'm surprised water is not running on your kitchen floor. When the drain tube gets clogged, water from defrosting runs into bottom of freezer creating an ice bridge for water to travel from freezer floor to kitchen floor. Clear tube with a mixture of hot water and baking soda. If the water does not clear it, you may have to run a piece of wire through the tube.
