From what I've read, I'm guessing this is probaly the electronic ignition?
Thanks

Top Burners use electronic ignition,
Oven uses glowbar Ignitors, which get weak.

If you choose to use the amp clamp method, and the Ignitor does draw proper amperage then, you may have a bad gas valve. I really doubt that the gas valve is bad. Many times I have learned the hard way that a weak ignitor is the cause of oven woes. You can also check the gas valve by using the Broil setting. The broil ignitor will come on and then shortly after you should have a flame, this will verify that the gas valve is good, and a weak Bake ignitor is the cause of your oven woes.
The orange glow is the bake ignitor, and if it takes 10 minutes to open the gas valve, then it would be very wise to replace the Bake ignitor.

yes, should take no more than 1 minute... The orange glow is the bake ignitor, and if it takes 10 minutes to open the gas valve, then it would be very wise to replace the Bake ignitor.
