Could I get a service manual for this model? I tried through your service manual request but I was locked out. Was I a bad boy or something? I try to be good but it's so hard. Also, what does it mean when the display suggests there is a problem, I should contact GE but it doesn't give the nature of the problem?

Thanks for your help.

It says "A problem with the machine has been detected" "Contact GE" and it gives a number. No error codes no indications of what may be wrong and it will not operate in any way.
