Hi,
The cooktop on my Whirlpool, model RF364PXPQ1 cracked recently, and I'm trying to find a replacement. The actual replacement is listed as over 300. I've been able to find a deal from Craigslist from a person with a brand new Amana cooktop, for a model #AER5735QAW. Are these two compatible? Both are 30" white with black cooktop. Any suggestions? He only wants $85, so significant savings.

Hi thanks for the help. His Amana cracked as well, he ordered a new one, but moved from that house before actually installing it, and it moved with him. So he has it sitting and nothing to do with it. I would buy it otherwise. Thanks for the help. There have been some like new ranges in the 200 range on Craigslist...it's for a rental house.
