I have a 10 year old sub zero 632 side by side. All of the lights went out. The refer and freezer still woork fine - everything is cold and to correct temp but the lights in both the freezer and refer stopped working as well as the temperature display panels. I have cycled the on/off several times.

It looks to me that the only thing in common is the Controller 4202800
but I don't know why if everything else is working ..
unless there are burned traces on the back of the board ...

If this unit is in Sabbath Mode the lights do not work.

SABBATH MODE (STAR-K )
All Built-In units feature the Sabbath Mode.
This is for certain religious observances where the lights and ice maker function need to be turned off.
To initiate Sabbath Mode, while the unit is on press the UNIT ON/OFF key pad so that OFF is visible in the Control Center display panel.
Your unit will be off.
Then press and hold the UNIT ON/OFF key pad for 10 seconds.
This will turn the unit back on and will disable the lights and ice maker.
To return the unit to normal operating conditions,
press and release the UNIT ON/OFF key pad.

The unit is not in Sabbath mode. There are no lights even after cycling the on/off button.

The Controller may be bad OR the wiring
Controller part number may be 4160902
I don't know who sells Sub Zero parts anymore
The connections on the Controller could possibly be by-passed.
(Sabath Mode would no longer work)

Have you checked for voltage at socket or door switches? When you open door dose the evap fan still run?
