Good morning... This morning I find myself in a hole and asking one of you to throw me down a rope of knowledge if you can. I have this front loader washer that had a plethora of issues in which the dryer issues were found and repaired and the pooling of water in the bottom of the washer was found (bad pump)

I still have a washer here that will not spin... water drains out (now) and the washer looks like it is still in slow speed agitation. Of course, a previous service tech has removed the schematic for his personal library (STOP DOING THAT!) and wondering if any of you have the experience with this unit and issue.

Thank you VERY much for any forthcoming help.

With the machine in the spin cycle and operating, turn the machine off and open the door.
If the door opens immediately your door lock mechanism is bad and the machine will not enter the spin cycle.
