or using too much detergent for the water hardness and soil level of the clothing,
over sudsing will occur.
When this happens there will be leaks out of the detergent drawer and door.
Please advise consumer of proper detergent usage.

Remove the TOP COVER of the washer
Run a cycle with SilverCare---or---examine the hose which leads from the cluster of water valves (COLD WATER VALVE ASSY) to the SILVERCARE MODULE (located on the center-frame-support).
If a leak occurs from this hose---replace the HOSE.
Always unplug the washer before touching any innards---which may be wet and present a potential shock hazard.
L-O-N-G cycle times
Suds error message
Slow spin speeds
Intermittent water leaks (from rear of washer)
And other annoying symptoms which vary brand-to brand.
The *correct* amount of HE (High Efficiency) detergent that should be used in any front load or agitatorless top load washer with tub sizes 3.0 cu ft and larger is as follows:
HE: (2) Tablespoons Per Wash Load
HE 2X: (1) Tablespoon
HE 3X: (1) Teaspoon
Perform a TUB CLEAN CYCLE every (4) months.
Use: "Tide Washing Machine Cleaner"
