I have searched the forums for a solution to this problem, but can't find one for this specific model. I am pretty sure it is made by GE, but it may be made by Whirlpool. I tripped the breaker for a minute to turn it off, but the error code came right back after 2 seconds of trying to use it. Tried the grill which works normally, then tried the grill with microwave, which also worked. Then tried the microwave again, which seemed to work, but didn't heat anything. After 2 minutes, the F7 came on again. So, how do I get the panel off to check the circuit board connectors, what else should I check for, or do I need a magnetron?

Ok. Finally got around to taking panel off of Microwave. Disconnected several connectors and cleaned the flat ribbon connectors with eraser. Checked fan operation-working. Put panel back on and tested microwave function and microwave now working, but now I get error code F3H. Turned off power, removed and reinstalled ribbon cable, reinstalled panel, tested microwave again, working and heating, but at end of cycle gives code F3H again. I see where the F3H could be shorted connection or humidity sensor? Any more ideas?, ( I know you do).

Yes, and (insert expletive) me connected it to the wrong slot. After reconnecting it to the correct slot, it is working normally. I understand that I will probably have more of the same problem down the road, but at least for now it is working. Thanks much!
