Customer's laundry center is Frigiaire model FEX831CS0. His complaint is that the laundry tub wobbles terribly and totally leans within the cabinet inhibiting spin cycles, obviously. Opening the cabinet, all springs are intact and properly hooked, yet the tub totally leans in one direction or the other with little effort. Actually my son-in-law fielded this call, but we are stumped as to what would de-stabilize this tub so if the suspension springs are intact.

Any ideas for what to check next would be appreciated.
