I recently replaced the ice maker fan and control board on my Kenmore Elite refrigerator model 795.77569600 because I was getting an error code: ER IF.
The code is gone and my icemaker is working properly now. However, the ice maker fan will not stop running, even when I open the refrigerator doors. I get a blast of cold air from the port that connects to the ice maker when the door is closed.
I know that it did not do this before I replace the fan and control board.
Any ideas?
