Does the ignitor glow ?

If not - start by testing the Thermal Fuse

Does the Igniter glow? If not check for 120 volt to the igniter.. If not check for 120 volt the burner assm. Also be sure both wires are on the flame sensor.Sensor will measure closed when cold and opens when the igniter comes up to temp. Be sure the gas is on.

Several other things can cause this problem:

- open cycling thermostat contacts (white to purple, check continuity) ==> http://www.repaircli...irHelpVideoTabs

- open cycling thermostat bias heater (red to purple, check resistance on the 1K scale)

- open hi limit thermostat (check continuity) ==> http://www.repaircli...irHelpVideoTabs

- Bad radiant sensor ==> http://www.repaircli...mber=MDG9206AWW

- Bad ignitor ==> http://www.repaircli...mber=MDG9206AWW
