For some unknown reason, the gas/ignitor control for the right bottom burner is firing the ignitor on the left bottom burner. It is not firing the right bottom burner.

on that model, any Burner Switch should Spark all of the IgnitorsThe full model number of the gas cooktop is JGP933BEJBB
You may have a bad Ignitor on the right bottom burner
OR it's High Voltage wiring
OR a bad Spark Module
Do the other Burner Switches fire any / all of the Ignitors ?
