First, disconnect the wire harness plug on the water level switch and give it a couple of taps. If that don't git it...
Try running it with the water level switch unplugged. Ohm the motor all three ways and the tach FROM THE MOTOR BOARD connector. If that's okay, then possible bad MCU.
