All Appliantology tech members are invited to join in this workshop on all things Appliantological.
We have a special session planned for this one. Instead of the usual Show 'n Tell on a technical topic, we're going to post tech sheets in the comments to this Calendar Event (scroll down to see what's posted so far) and ask specific questions that can only be answered by reading the tech sheet. If you at least try to answer the questions beforehand, you'll get a lot more out of it.
I'll be posting a couple more tech sheets before Saturday so be sure to follow this event to keep up with the tech sheets we'll be going through.
Who: This workshop is only available to tech members at Appliantology.
When: Saturday, April 27 @10:00 AM Eastern Time.
      Where: Online via Zoom
      How:
Click here to go to the forum topic with the registration link. If you're interested, register now. Arrive a couple minutes early to make sure your connection is working. Set a reminder for yourself for this workshop so you don’t miss it.  And check out past workshops here: https://appliantology.org/announcement/33-webinar-recordings-index-page/

Premier GCK1000P01 oven pilot too small

Recommended Posts

Pilot never get's big enough to engulf the thermocouple.Pilot orifice seems good (but darn the hole is small). Oven burner lights when I hold a lighter to it. In the old days I'd adjust the pilot to make it bigger and clean everything out). I figure it's the thermostat, but I want a second opinion as I think I'll have to order this part from the manufacturer and won't be able to return it. As repairclinic doesn't do Premier.....Thanks Dan

Remove and clean pilot and tube ass'y, including the screen which allows secondary air to mix - once clean proper flame shape may be restored

where is the screen. didn't see it when I took it apart to clean pilot orifice. I already blew through the pilot tube from where it hooks into the thermostat and it was clear....Thanks for the help Dan

I can't find any documents on this one. Can you post a nice clear photo or two of the pilot assembly?
