We encountered a GE Profile fridge that's seems to be freezing items in the crisper area/lower food box. We are hoping to locate a tech sheet as a someone seems to have walked away with the one that should be with this fridge. If anyone could point us to a service manual, it would be greatly appreciated.

but from here, it looks like your model number number may be:
