Unit will drop ice if you hit the reset button but will not do it on it's own.

also looking for service manual to see how to drop ice maker down.

unless there is a answer here

What's the Freezer temperature ?

Its probably a faulty ice maker. Good thing they're cheap :turned: one of the easiest to installand inexpensive ice makers ever.
