All Appliantology tech members are invited to join in this workshop on all things Appliantological.
We have a special session planned for this one. Instead of the usual Show 'n Tell on a technical topic, we're going to post tech sheets in the comments to this Calendar Event (scroll down to see what's posted so far) and ask specific questions that can only be answered by reading the tech sheet. If you at least try to answer the questions beforehand, you'll get a lot more out of it. The tech sheet and the questions are posted in the comments section below.
Your mission, if you should choose to accept it, is to check out the questions for each one and try to answer them ahead of time. Then come to the Dojo to see how well you did!
Who: This workshop is only available to tech members at Appliantology.
When: Saturday, April 27 @10:00 AM Eastern Time.
      Where: Online via Zoom
      How:

repair manual for Morphy Richards model 44761 toaster- burned out heating elements

Recommended Posts

Hello, I am needing a repair guide for a Morphy Richards model 44761 2-slice toaster that needs a partially non-working heating element replaced. Also it shows that my subscription ran out but on Sept. 16 2011 I paid $20.00 added to a $10.00 three month subscription that was two days from running out. So my subscription should be good until Sept. 18 2012. I tried to send a message in the subscription page but it deleted it.

Thanks,

John Hart

... Morphy Richards model 44761

I can't find any info on that model number,

but finding replacement parts for other model numbers don't look good

(I PM'd the Samurai about the subscriptions problem)

Hi John,

Well, it looks like the system had (another) bad hair day. The transaction did indeed go through but for some reason the forum software registered it as a duplicate transaction. Here's the error message that the forum software return:

PayPal: Duplicate transaction ID - skipping

So, what I'll need to do is refund the $25 that you paid to extend in your apprenticeship back in September of 2011. Which would have run out in September of this year. Then you can go ahead and purchase an annual subscription. Yes, it will be at $35 instead of the $25 that you would have paid last year had the transaction proceeded properly but the subscription will run until March of 2013 instead of September of this year.

But, before you decide, to purchase, you should know that I don't have that service manual and don't know if I can get it, in case that makes any difference in your decision. Either way, I owe you $25 and will send that out mo'scratchie.
