post YouTube video ?..."hum" is more like a relay "thump" it sounds like it is coming from midway up and in the rear of the dryer, aprox 6 in above the heating elements.

- have you verified that the blower is clear?
- does the drum move freely when you turn it by hand or is it very hard to move?

Okay, let's fill in some gaps: - have you verified that the blower is clear? - does the drum move freely when you turn it by hand or is it very hard to move?
Blower clear, drum moves easily and belt is snug and gripping drum. Thermal fuse soild continuity, Thermistor @ 10.2 ohms @ aprox 72 degrees

Also, remove the Belt and try turning the Motor Shaft by hand.
Does it turn easily, smoothly ?

Set your meter on max resistance scale and measure from one of the motor windings to ground or motor chassis. Any reading is bad; good is wide azz open.

Start windings normally fail open.
Set your meter on max resistance scale and measure from one of the motor windings to ground or motor chassis. Any reading is bad; good is wide azz open.
Hurm...Tech sheet is where I pulled testing info. Contact points 4 to 3 for start and 4 to 5 for main. Will try to chassis.

but wasn't 0 ohms...no change to meter at all.If the Motor Start winding was 0.0 OHMs, it would blow the House Circuit Breaker and / or the Dryer Controller
