I got stuck with 2 of these units last week and im still trying to figure out both of them. both have the same problem, they are dbl wall ovens w/ two relay boards on top the unit, identical boards but only one has a transformer. the bake elements in the upper and lower ovens are not working. you can feel a little warm from the broil element during baking preheat but cold bake elements. any info is greatly appreciated. thanks for reading.

if there is 220-240 to the stove make sure youre Getting 220 volts to the element. if youre only getting 110 you got a bad board most likely. Frigidaire has some really bad designed EOC boards. Relay on board is either stuck open or has a bad contact inside. if youre decent with a solder and solder sucker you can replace the relays(finding the right replacement is tricky). Check to see if there is an in-line fuse(probably in back)on the bake power wires. Check the schematic for it. I try to replace the relays if I can, the customer appreciates me saving them the dough and time for a new board.

As Well some relays can be opened/taken apart and you can use a points file and contact cleaner to clean them but youre taking contact surface away and the can get stuck again. I practiced on boards in the shop before I began trying it in customers home.

.... you can feel a little warm from the broil element during baking preheat but cold bake elements.

if only the broil Element is (somewhat) working, then it wouldn't be a bad DLB Relay nor the Thermal Circuit Breaker.
It would be the Relays on the corresponding Relay Board

Most likely not bad relays, I've found bad solder connections on the trace side of the relay boards on 2 or 3 of this model/style Frigidaire double ovens.

If you find broken/burnt/cold solder joints at the relays clean and re-solder and it should be good to go.
