Compressor and fans are running but evap coil freezing at bottom. It does defrost completely. Condenser coil not even getting warm. Seems like restriction. It is cooling but not getting cold enough. There are no service valves. It does not appear anyone has ever been in the system, looks factory sealed. But refrigeration is not my main thing, mostly heating and air. Any suggestions or a service manual would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
