Microwave hood bulb, the Hood Light, keeps blowing. Has gone through 10 or so in a couple of years. Before going to check the unit, was wondering if anyone knew what the proper voltage was supposed to be from high to low (night light). Not sure if there is a problem with the low voltage transformer or diode on the control board, allowing too much voltage to the light.
Gonna check the lamp holder and wires to the lamp holder as well.
Thanks for any help!

which Light Bulb type or part number are you using ?
Wiring Diagram is confusing, but actually the Cavity Light, Hood Light, Hood Fan, and the Turn Table Motor are 120v AC...
The Wiring Diagram shows them connected to the primary of the LV Transformer.
The Diode is used during the Night-Light function.

Not sure what bulbs the customer keeps using as replacements, only know that they came from a Lowe's Home Improvement store. I haven't been out to check unit yet, still trying to set up an appointment. Will update when i get my eyes on the unit.
